In Buenos Aires nearly every block has its “Telo”, the love hotel where for a few pesos you can spend with your partner the night or just some hours. Created by decree in 1937 to address the degradation of the brothels of the time, nowadays they are a real national institution, frequented by people of all social classes. The work associates with every portrait a picture of a “Telo”, buildings recognizable by the look and a discrete car entrance.
